The Study Of The General Hospital Operation Department Center’s Building Post Occupancy Evaluation Criteria

With the rapid development of the modern air conditioning purification technology and medical technology, especially the large medical equipment application and quick update, the general hospital center operation department has became one of the fastest-growing segment of the modern hospital in our country, it caused our country hospital center operation department often occur just be ready for the redevelopment which was just completion, so it is a pressing need to establish a post occupancy evaluation criteria to direct the construction of center operation department, on the one hand, through the evaluation to summarize the experiences of hospital center operation department construction in China, on the other hand,through the existing relevant construction specifications to develop a set of effective design guidelines to provide guidance for our country at the center operation department construction. Now, there is a key project which named Hospital building function and environmental POE system of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation of China trying to solve the problems and this research topic is one of the subject to it.There are five parts in this paper. First, introduces the background of the research topic、the significance of the research topic、the research content、the research of category、the paper’s key point and innovation points. Second, introduces the after building evaluation standard of initial shape, content of the second chapter is to provide an objective basis for adjustment, proofreading and perfect through actual research.,its main contents include two aspects, one is through the preliminary evaluation framework structures, and the preliminary selection of evaluation index to establish the center operation department evaluation content, the other one is the center operation department evaluation method is determined.Third, with the preliminary established building evaluation standard as the guideing, researching the center operation deapartment of the nation’s general hospitals which were selected already and using the research results as the references to perfect the evaluation system framework. Fourth, introduces the application of the evaluation criteria, and tests the integrity of the evaluation system. Fifth, introduces the center operation department guidelines,it Is on the basis of the evaluation standard in the center of the operation department, and the formation of center design guidelines in the department of surgery, This is the ultimate goal of this paper, The concluding sections of this article summarize, sum up and thing all contents of this article.
