Post-occupancy Evaluation Of The Inpatient Department Of General Hospital In Guangzhou

In recent years,China’s medical demand is growing,the user’s demand for medical services is getting higher and higher,however,there are some problems in the process of hospital operation in our country,which affect the experience and medical efficiency,and it is necessary to study in depth the problems encountered in the use of hospitals at this stage and the reasons for their emergence.Scientific post-use evaluation of hospitals can systematically and intuitively understand the current situation and the needs of users,and post-use evaluation is a crucial link in the process of hospital optimization.The inpatient department is the main place for patients to receive treatment,nursing and rehabilitation services,which can represent the level of medical service of the hospital,and the author hopes to evaluate the representative hospital inpatient department after use,on the one hand,find the general problems of the existing inpatient department and provide the basis for the optimization of the hospital;In this paper,according to the evaluation theory of basic research-evaluation system establishment-evaluation application-evaluation of the logic of the summary of research.Among them,the evaluation theory basic research(chapters 1 and 2): a brief description of the "inpatient department" and "post-use evaluation" related to the current research status quo,the object of the study has been defined,and expounded the purpose and significance of this paper.Through literature research and practical research to comb the basic theory of inpatient department,that is,the spatial function composition of inpatient department,user demand and three background factors(new medical model and technology,Guangzhou’s regional characteristics,new crown epidemic)on the design of inpatient department.Evaluation system establishment(Chapter 3): Through the study of the post-use evaluation system at home and abroad,the evaluation system suitable for this paper has been selected,the evaluation factors have been established,and the operation method of post-use evaluation has been discussed,and the comprehensive evaluation method based on the hierarchical analysis method,the questionnaire method as the data collection method,and the addition scoring method as the scoring method are the objective and subjective supplements.And the hierarchical analysis method is used to establish the sub-model of the delivery class,build a comparison matrix,calculate the weight of each evaluation factor.Evaluation Application(Chapter 4): 2 hospitals were selected in Guangzhou city for post-use evaluation,and the scores of patients and visiting attendants in each hospital and the medical staff’s perspective were obtained.Evaluation Summary(Chapter 5): A comparative analysis of the evaluation results of 2 hospital inpatient departments with user categories as variables and hospitals as variables was carried out,and the differences between inpatient departments for different users and the advantages and disadvantages of the two hospitals were summarized.Then,according to the analysis results,this paper summarizes the key issues related to the evaluation factors of the inpatient department of Guangzhou General Hospital.
