With the continuous improvement of concrete dam technology in our country,as a safe,stable,economic and beautiful dam type,double-curvature arch dam has been favored by hydraulic architects in recent years,and plays an extremely important role in the construction of water resources and hydropower.The type of double-curvature arch dam developed from the single-center circular arch dam to parabolic double-curvature arch dam,multi-center circular double-curvature arch dam,logarithmic spiral double-curvature arch dam and so on.The development history has accumulated rich experience to the dam construction.The design of double-curvature arch dam is becoming more and more mature.In the design process of Double-curvature Arch dam,it is often necessary to optimize the shape parameters of the arch dam,that is,to establish the finite element model of the double-curvature arch dam under the given load combination of topography,geology,temperature and water pressure,and to find the most economical and reasonable shape of the arch dam by adjusting the shape parameters of the arch dam on the premise of satisfying the stress of the dam and the stability of the arch abutment at the same time.In this paper,parabolic hyperbolic arch dam is taken as the research object,ANSYS software is used as the platform for parametric modeling,and finite element method is used for static analysis of arch dam.Considering the dam stress,temperature load is one of the main factors affecting the dam stress.Therefore,this paper chooses two working conditions of temperature rise and temperature drop to compare and analyze the stress and displacement distribution of arch dam under two working conditions respectively.At the same time,the stability of arch abutment under two working conditions is analyzed by non-linear finite element method,and the safety factor of anti-sliding stability is compared with the code to analyze whether it can meet the requirements of anti-sliding stability.Then,aiming at the minimum volume of the dam,the shape parameters of the arch dam under two conditions are optimized,and the optimization results are re-modeled and analyzed.Finally,the optimization results obtained under the two conditions of temperature rise and temperature drop are verified by interchangeable temperature load.The optimization results under the temperature rise condition are added with temperature drop load,and the optimization results under the temperature drop condition are added with temperature rise load.After the analysis of interchangeable load,whether the optimization results under the two conditions can meet the requirements of arch dam design at the same time is compared.Starting from the geometric model of hyperbolic arch dam,this paper establishes the parametric model of hyperbolic arch dam.According to the main factors affecting the stress,displacement and stability of the arch dam,combined with the actual construction situation,the appropriate way is selected to analyze and optimize the hyperbolic arch dam.This paper uses APDL language to compile ANSYS command stream file to realize automatic input of variables,automatic modeling,automatic analysis and automatic optimization.The whole process is highly efficient and intelligent without any manual intervention..
