| Highway is an important infrastructure,and the highway construction plays a crucial role in China’s reform,development,and economic growth.Since entering the new era of rural revitalization and development,the demand for highway construction in China is very strong,and highway engineering is currently a research hotspot.Through reviewing the present research situation of Home and Abroad,it is found that there are fewer studies on route scheme selection in the design stage of highway engineering.There are mainly problems such as serious homogenization of the evaluation index system for route design schemes,unscientific determination of evaluation index weights,and insufficient theoretical innovation in the construction of comprehensive comparison and selection models.Based on the research of highway route design theory,multiple attribute decision-making theory and value engineering,we construct a model of multi-attribute comprehensive comparison and selection of highway route design combined with value engineering.In this paper,the main contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the theory of highway route design,we summary the principles,requirements,influencing factors and working steps of highway route design.In this paper,we sort out the basic concepts of multi-attribute decision theory,compare and analyze the commonly used multi-attribute decision-making methods,and find a multiple attribute decision-making method suitable for comprehensive comparison and selection of route design options,that is,use the G1 entropy weight method to combine and assign weights to the functional evaluation indicators of route design schemes,and use the TOPSIS gray correlation multi attribute comprehensive decision-making method to establish a functional evaluation model for functional evaluation of each route design scheme.Discuss the relevant concept and theory of value engineering,and obtain the theoretical support and application advantages of combining value engineering with highway route design scheme comparison and selection.(2)The establishment process of the evaluation index system for highway engineering route design schemes is sorted out,and a scheme for scientifically establishing the evaluation index system is provided.The functional evaluation index system for highway route design schemes is constructed.The life-cycle cost analysis method is used to analyze the life-cycle cost of highway projects,and the life-cycle cost index system for highways is obtained.(3)Design a subjective weight questionnaire for functional evaluation indicators to collect subjective weight information for functional indicators of route design schemes;Using the characterization value quantification method to quantify the qualitative indicators in the functional evaluation indicators,an objective quantification method was proposed to convert the qualitative functional indicators into quantitative ones.Using G1 method,entropy weight method and Lagrange multiplier method,the subjective and objective combination weights of functional indexes of route design scheme are calculated,and the functional coefficients of route design scheme are calculated by combining TOPSIS-gray correlation method.In this paper,based on the life cycle theory and life cycle cost index of highway engineering,the calculation model of life cycle cost and cost coefficient of highway engineering is established.The comparison and selection model of highway route design schemes uses the value engineering formula to unify the functional coefficient and the cost coefficient to calculate the value coefficient,and then ends.The comparison of the calculation results of the value coefficient can get the comparison and selection results of route design schemes.(4)Using the comprehensive comparison method selected in this paper and the highway route design scheme comparison model,three alternative route design schemes at the starting point of highway D project are evaluated and compared.Through model calculation,the comparison and selection results of route design schemes for the starting section of highway D are obtained,and the rationality and effectiveness of this research theory and model construction are verified by practical cases. |
