The inspection and assessment of bridge reinforcement quality is an activity that the quality of the bridge reinforcement project is rated and determined their level by some methods such as measurement, inspection and testing of the test projects in bridge reinforcement engineering, based on test results and reference standard requirements. Because of the diversity of the bridge styles, a variety of diseases, the complexity of influential factors to bearing capacity, together with the particularity of bridge reinforcement engineering, there is no uniform standards and implementation for the inspection and assessment of bridge reinforcement. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the index system of the inspection and assessment of bridge reinforcement in view of the universality of the bridge reinforcement, in order to be more scientific, reasonable and effective when the inspection and assessment of bridge reinforcement quality is taken.The paper selects from the technical principles of bridge reinforcement, and describes four aspects of the technical principles, applied scopes, advantages and disadvantages, the construction processes for three typical Reinforcement technolo-gy of the use of setting of hoops by RC, pasting steel board and external prestressing, so as to lay a theoretical foundation of the index system of the inspection and assessment of bridge reinforcement quality. On this basis, this paper proposes the key indicators of the inspection and assessment of bridge reinforcement quality: material properties, construction plan, construction quality and appearance quality. What is more, this paper determines the inspected and assessed methods of bridge reinforcement quality by establishing a structure model with AHP, based on Variable Weight Theory of considering "moving targets"that is environmental factors, construction personnel and machine equipment to modify the index weights. In addition, this paper completes comprehensively the inspection and assessment of bridge reinforcement quality by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then, based on the applied implementation process of the index system of the bridge reinforced inspection and assessment, the system will be applied among three typical reinforced technology. Secondly, this paper proposes the comprehensive inspected and assessed method of bridge reinforcement quality based on a variety of reinforcement technologies while introduced the weights of the bridge structure parts in criterion, it also standardizes the comprehensive inspected and assessed process of bridge reinforcement quality. Finally, this paper illuminates the actual application process of the index system of the bridge reinforced inspection and assessment combined with applied demonstration project, and verifies the feasibility and rationality for the index system.This paper's research put forward creatively the index system of the bridge reinforced inspection and assessment and the inspection and assessment method of bridge reinforcement quality. It resolves blindness, subjectiveness and arbitrariness of the inspection and assessment of bridge reinforcement quality in some extent. The research results are expected to provide positive guidance for the inspection and assessment of bridge reinforcement quality, to give some assessment basis of the quality acceptance of bridge reinforcement, to provide a positive reference in the standardization of the inspection and assessment of bridge reinforcement quality.
