With the development of automotive electronics technology in the direction of new energy and intelligence,the CAN FD Bus is widely regarded as the next generation automotive backbone network that replaces the Classical CAN Bus.At present,the international standard for CAN FD Bus has been issued for a short period of time.Application development of CAN FD Bus at home and abroad is still in its infancy.Among them,the physical layer protocol of the CAN FD Bus guarantees the reliability of a single node,but the application in an in-vehicle network requires in-vehicle network management to ensure the reliability,energy consumption,and real-time performance of the network.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to deeply study and design the network management strategy for implementing the CAN FD bus on-board,which will help promote the industrial application of the on-board CAN FD Bus in China.In this paper,according to the problems existing in the network management application on the vehicle CAN FD Bus,based on the study of OSEK and AUTOSAR network management operating mechanism of the Classical CAN standard frame,the design scheme of the vehicle CAN FD network management strategy is proposed.The AUTOSAR network management strategy was improved,and the specific software design and implementation of the AUTOSAR network management protocol stack was done.Finally,a hardware-in-the-loop test environment was set up to test and analyze the improved network management strategy.The main content of this paper is as follows:First,the research status of the CAN FD bus and the in-vehicle Classical CAN bus network management strategy at home and abroad is analyzed.on this basis,the problems existing in the application of CAN FD bus network management strategy are analyzed.Second,comparative analysis of CAN/CAN FD bus protocol,state transitions,conversion aging,Bus load and message attributes under the operating mechanism of network management strategy under OSEK and AUTOSAR software architecture,and determined the real-time monitoring,fault detection and sleep wake-up design requirements for on-board CAN FD network management strategies.The dynamic process of AUTOSAR network management strategy is analyzed,and an improved network management strategy based on CAN FD bus characteristics is proposed.Thirdly,design and implementation of CAN FD network management protocol stack on Renesas RH850/F1 H platform.A hardware-in-the-loop test environment was established to verify and analyze the improvement strategy,and an improved network management strategy was developed to improve the real-time performance of network monitoring,effectively reducing the bus load,and increasing the offline fault determination strategy of master-slave redundancy,which improves system reliability.
