This thesis presents a research on precision control involved a new 3000 kg weight loading device in the temperature and humidity test box,to propose a study method for the operation features and guarantee of the key components of the device,so as to provide a theory foundation to improve the overall running efficiency and precision level of the device.This thesis principally encompasses the following researches:(1)Loading system is divided into the loading system with weight and the servo-system with weight moving.The loading system with weight is used to loading and unloading motion of the weight,which is the execution mechanism for the normal working of the weight,the running precision of the loading system determines the precision level of the device,the servo-system with weight moving is used as the execution mechanism to move the weight from the outside of the temperature and humidity test box to inside the box,the servo-system shall not only guarantee a safe and reliable moving of the weights,but also to ensure a consistently correct relative position of the weight and the weight loading system.(2)With better structural of JJG99-2006 weight calibration regulation and the device,set the weight as an overlying structure of allotypic inversion,to ensure the weight does not interfere with each other during working,unique mechanism must be designed to ensure not only loading precision,also with a certain degree of tolerance,so as to ensure the ability of repeatedly loading for the weight.(3)Working features of the temperature and humidity test box shall not only meet the control precision of the temperature and humidity,but also analyze the thermal expansion and condensation of the weight under the effect of temperature,to meet the operation requirements for weight with high precision via different temperature and humidity control method.The base of the temperature and humidity test box shall not only withstand the mass of the weight,but also shall ensure the ability of thermal insulation,focus on the study of construction link and the loading deformation of the ground.(4)The uncertain analysis of the weights is to finally determine the device's precision and the overall system meets the design requirements or not,the uncertainty analysis is an important method of precision determination,it analyze the uncertainty of the device via the final mass value of the two sets of weight.
