With the development of science and technology,electrical system in airplane has become more and more complicated.Traditional harness layout lacks integrated plan,so each circuit is isolated from each other.As a result,the layout of harness is not reasonable,routing efficiency is low.When design new system of new aircraft,old design concept and process is not applicable.This article introduces new concept of hierarchical routing and EWIS network architecture,namely creating EWIS network in accordance with the internal and external segregation requirement during preliminary design phase.Based on network,engineer is able to analyze particular risk,assign each wire into corresponding pathway automatically,and integrate the wire with compatible segregation into harness.Finally it provides a sound base for exact modeling.Practical design of C919 validates that applying network architecture can effectively improve design efficiency,automation and rationality of EWIS.
