With the expansion of the application of electric vehicles(EV),traditional centralized scheduling of EV triggers curse of dimensionality in its optimization algorithm,for this reason the competitive market is led in and a multi-aggregation management mode for EV load is proposed to decrease the scale of the algorithm effectively.Under the proposed mode,a game theory based economic decision optimization model,which is a 0-1 integer programming model with the opponent strategy,is designed for each aggregation in this paper.A novel algorithm entitling imitating cobweb is put forward to solve the designed model.According to Chinese electricity reform,we formulate a game theoretic framework designed for simulating EV Aggregations' strategy in a competitive market.Then Game Theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process based decision model is proposed for EV Aggregation to draw a pricing strategy for the retail market and biding strategy for the pool market.According to the rules of California electricity market,this paper introduces a dynamic Stackelberg game model between EV and EV users to analyze consumer behavior,and a complete information simultaneous game model to help EVs increase profits by gaining share of the EV market.A case study shows that the models and the proposed algorithm can level the Duck Chart and guarantee an EV's share of the EV market.
