With the progress of science and technology,rapid development of global economy and continuous promotion of human civilization,the amount of motor vehicle in cities increases enormously accordingly.However,the road construction speed is far behind the amount increase of motor vehicles,then it caused some traffic problems like traffic jams and increased travel time,environmental problems caused by the traffic as well.These problems will restrict the development of cities seriously.Nowadays,the important means to solve this problem is to build Intelligent Transportation System(ITS)based on Internet of Things(IOT)technology,optimize road resources reasonably,balance the traffic flow and improve the utilization of urban road network,so as to relieve the traffic pressure and reduce environmental pollution.From the needs of intelligent transportation information system operation and maintenance,this paper studies the information quality level of key transaction operations.By means of tracking of information source,service bus technology,intelligent alarm analysis technology,mobile internet technology,intelligent mobile APP technology,and workflow engine technology,we can monitor the transaction operation of information system,position the failure reasons service and evaluate the health status of systems.And we are going to develop an advanced and practical intelligent transportation operation and maintenance system for end users,decision makers,supervisors and monitors etc.Main research work of this paper are summarized as follows:1.Propose the requirements of data collection,the data requirements and standardization of application layer.From the view of system users,the system functions are analyzed,such as source management,alarm monitoring,maintenance,and equipment room implementation,and so on.Propose the system design of logical framework and physical framework.2.Classify all types of traffic information and operation information provided by different ITS equipment,track the information process procedure,analyze the relationship of the information quality and workflow quality,define all the indexes resource lists of every equipment,and prioritize important indexes related with service management level.3.Propose the fault trace model.Based on the volume alarm information,by means of transaction preprocessing,compression events and correlative incident analysis,the transaction reason tree is constructed to identify the root cause of transaction.By establishing fault correlation probability matrix,the system can track the key faults.4.Propose the performance evaluation model of equipment operation and maintenance,which can evaluate the system multidimensional performance.Realize the lifecycle equipment management,such as statistics.Analyze the fault rate,re-repairing rate,maintenance period and so on.This can provide the reference for maintenance and replacement of different equipment.5.Develop the GIS intelligent transportation operation and maintenance system.With operation flow as core,by highly concurrent,plug and play OSGI plugin development technology,the system framework with high cohesion,low coupling and service oriented features is developed.By means of workflow engine technology,dynamic features technology,mobile internet and intelligent mobile phone APP technology,the system is developed and tested.
