Research On Quality Management Of Power Transmission Line UAV Inspection Project

As an important part of the power grid,the electric power transmission line is directly related to the safety and stability of the power supply.With the increase of the coverage of Chinese power grid,the voltage level and transportation distance of electric power transmission lines are rapidly improved,which brings unprecedented challenge to the operation and maintenance of the electric power transmission lines.In recent years,with the rapid development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)technology,the UAV system has gradually been applied to the inspection of electric power transmission lines,which has become an important means to improve the quality of electric power transmission lines operation and maintenance.Therefore,improving the quality control of the UAV inspection project of the electric power transmission line has become a key point for improving the operation and maintenance quality of electric power transmission lines.In this paper,the quality management of UAV patrol project on transmission line is studied.Firstly,the current research situation of such project at home and abroad was analyzed.Then,the relevant theories and methods of quality management were introduced.Based on the method,a complete quality management system was established,which was applied to the actual UAV inspection project of the electric power transmission line,and the project results were comprehensively evaluated.The Delphi method was mainly used to analyze various influence factors affecting the project.On this basis,a set of quality management evaluation index system for the UAV inspection project of the electric power transmission line was established.Then,the weights of 8 first-order indexes and 24 second-order indexes were analyzed and calculated by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)method.At the same time,PDCA was applied in the project management repeatedly,which guaranteed the effective progress of the project.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to calculate the appropriate value of the index system and the project.This paper has made a preliminary exploration on the quality management of the UAV patrol project in electric power transmission lines.Through the research,the comprehensive evaluation of the index system is good and meets the need of the project.It is hoped that the index system put forward by this paper could provide some references for the quality management of the UAV patrol project in electric power transmission lines,and contribute to improving the management quality in such projects.
