| With the rapid development of transmission line construction,the UHV transmission line project has become the main grid structure project to promote power transmission in China.The current situation of construction personnel,machinery and equipment,supplies and materials,methods and systems,environmental protection and other issues urge the UHV transmission line project to establish and improve the comprehensive evaluation mechanism and improvement strategy of the UHV transmission line project quality management,strengthen the process control and evaluation of the UHV transmission line project quality.In this paper,the CH UHV transmission line project as an example,analysis of its human,machine,material,law,ring and other aspects of research problems.Then,following the construction principle of the project Quality Management Evaluation Index system,this paper establishes the CH UHV transmission line project quality management evaluation index system through literature identification and expert interview,the initial judgment matrix is obtained through the expert group discussion and scoring,and the weight calculation of each index of the project is carried out.Then,based on the index weight,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Project Quality Management of CH UHV transmission line is carried out,and the membership degree of each index based on each evaluation grade is obtained by means of questionnaire investigation,and the evaluation matrix of fuzzy evaluation is obtained,the scores of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on quality management of CH UHV transmission line engineering are obtained by calculation.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive evaluation results of Engineering Quality Management,the paper studies the improvement strategy of engineering quality management for the dimensions of the evaluation results which are not up to the excellent standard,it provides reference for the quality management of the same type of UHV transmission line engineering. |
