Spot welding process is an important part of the production process of gas heating stoves.Realizing the automatic welding of the burner not only can improve the product quality and the working environment of the workers,but also can reduce the labor cost and greatly improve the production efficiency.Therefore,the automatic spot welding processing of the burner is an urgent need of the enterprise.This paper first analyzes the development of spot welding robots at home and abroad,observes and analyzes the on-site welding process,and understands the manual machining process of burner welding.Analyze the material properties and main physical properties of the components of the burner.Select the appropriate welding process parameters based on the physical characteristics and dimensions of the burner.Within the range of selected process parameters,the spot welding parameter values of the last welding-only robot are determined by orthogonal experiments.According to the actual production requirements of the production enterprise and the production process requirements of the burner,combined with the actual operation of the welding-specific robot developed by the research group,the original welding special robot is improved and designed,and based on the improved special robot,The design scheme of the burner automatic welding production line was put forward and the complete design work was completed.Using SolidWorks to structure the various components,through virtual modeling in SolidWorks,to verify whether the design has interference and the rationality of the part structure.According to the requirements of the spot welding process,the selection and calculation of the main components,such as the selection of hydraulic buffers,servo motors and cylinders,were carried out during the design of the robot for spot welding of burners.The main hardware of the welding robot control system was selected,and the overall scheme of the entire dedicated robot control system was developed.The process design of the entire control system was carried out,and the electrical control circuit of the spot welding robot was designed to complete the connection and test of the entire hardware circuit.The program of the complete working process of the burner welding robot is written by using the professional programming software STEP-7 from Siemens PLC.The improved burner welding robot was assembled and debugged,and the performance of the dedicated robot was tested.According to the test results of the special robot for burner welding and the functional requirements and performance indicators of the burner welding production line,the design idea of the whole production line is obtained,and the burner welding production line is developed and designed accordingly.It mainly involves the selection of the conveyor line,the structural design of the deck on the conveyor line and the layout of the welding robot for the burner on the conveyor line.
