| Urbanized Village are a common social phenomenon in major cities of our country,and their governance and spatial problems are widely concerned by all walks of life.Among them,autonomy in the absence of planning and governance is considered to be an important reason for the low-quality development of villages in cities.Therefore,the role transformation of collective economic organizations may play a key role in shaping urbanized village space.Actor Network Theory(ANT),which is rooted in the interaction of multiple subjects in the West,advocates a structured way to describe and analyze the action choices and relationships of actors,and to explain the evolution of material or social space.Taking Shenzhen Urbanized Village as an example,based on the actor network theory,this paper analyses the influence of the role transformation of village collective economic organizations on the spatial shaping of urbanized village.It focuses on the changes of the interactive relationship between the actors under the different positions and actions of village collective economic organizations in the early stage and under the background of transformation,as well as the changes of spatial governance measures and spatial characteristics of urbanized village.Firstly,synthesizing the connotation of space in urban,rural and urbanized-village studies,this paper focuses on the physical space,and discusses the influence of different actors in the actor network on the spatial shaping and the guiding role of key actors in the process of shaping the urbanized village space.On this basis,we discuss the changes of its economic and social space,including the changes of user groups and management subjects.Secondly,the theoretical research part of this paper combs the urban and rural regional planning and management mechanism of our country and Shenzhen,analyses the interest demands and interaction relations of the main human actors in the shaping of urbanized village space in Shenzhen,such as relevant government departments,village collective economic organizations,villagers,developers and tenants,and clarifies the importance of the main conflicts of interests of village collective economic organizations in participating in and coordinating the network.The important position is to construct a network of actors in shaping urbanized village space with collective economic organizations as key actors,which reveals the different roles played by village collectives in shaping urbanized village space in the early stage and under the transformation.Furthermore,three cases of comprehensive renovation and transformation are investigated.From the perspective of tenant satisfaction,this paper analyses the effectiveness and shortcomings of the reform model,and through the analysis of different key actors in different cases under the actor network in the process of renovation,the impact of space shaping changes and user satisfaction,and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the actor network structure,highlighting the positive significance of village collective economic organizations as key actors.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the network of actors in the comprehensive renovation,and puts forward the following policy suggestions from the perspective of guiding the transformation of village collective economic organizations: cultivating the consciousness of planning and governance of village collective economic organizations;promoting the enterprise reform of village collective economic organizations;and broadening the access of village collective economic organizations to capital and investment information. |
