| Electromagnetic induction heating technology has been widely used in industrial and civil fields due to its characteristics of green,environmental protection,energy saving and portability,and it also has broad application prospects.In this paper,the technology is applied to the heating problem of outdoor temporary workshops in winter,and the related theory,hardware and software design of induction heating equipment are introduced.This paper briefly describes the related background,development trend and basic principles of electromagnetic induction,including the heating principle and the three effects affecting the heating effect.The conventional topological structure is analyzed and compared,and the specific selection of the circuits at various levels is determined.The rectifier side uses a three-phase uncontrolled rectifier circuit,the inverter side uses a single-phase bridge inverter circuit,the load side selects the LC series resonant load,and several modulation methods of the inverter side circuit are briefly introduced.The frequency tracking technology is briefly introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of analog and digital phase-locked loops are compared.The digital phase-locked loop implemented by DSP is described.The system simulation was carried out in the simulink of matlab,which verified the feasibility of power regulation and frequency adjustment.The parameters of each level of the circuit are analyzed and determined,including the rectifier diode on the rectifier side and the switching device such as the IGBT on the inverter side,the charging capacitor on the DC side,and the resistor and reactor for load matching.The hardware design of the induction heating power supply for TMS320F28035 is mainly composed of main control circuit,drive circuit,protection circuit,display circuit and data transmission circuit analysis and design.The DSP program was designed according to the parameters of the simulation and the software compilation environment and control chip of the system were briefly introduced.The framework of the software part is the main program flow chart,which is filled with other subroutines,including PWM subroutine,protection function subroutine and SPI datatransmission subroutine.According to the hardware parameter design,a 30kW/20 KHz induction heating debugging experiment platform was built,and some related data were measured.The test proved that the induction heating power system can operate normally. |
