Medical device industry has high threshold,high risk and strict government supervision;The domestic medical device industry has a weak foundation and a late start.However,with the social and economic development reaching a certain level,the medical device industry develops rapidly with a compound growth rate of over 20% in the past decade.The government is also vigorously supporting the localization of people's livelihood medical care and medical devices.M company has been focusing on the professional promotion of surgical and medical devices,and has been growing rapidly since its establishment more than six years ago.However,with the continuous change of business environment,M company has been under increasing pressure from upstream and downstream.Therefore,M company wants to focus on promoting its own brand in China to solve the pressure from upstream and downstream and achieve sustainable development.This paper first studies the PESTEL analysis model,market environment,porter's five forces model,competitive environment,etc.,analyzes the external environment,and makes it clear that the field of medical device surgery is worth the company's expansion.Then analyze the growth process,internal resources,internal capabilities and core expertise of M company,and make it clear that the company has core competitiveness in the field of surgical and medical devices;Then,according to the situation of domestic medical device industry,the resource-based strategic choice is selected,and the SWOT analysis matrix is used for strategic analysis.The specific business layer strategy is determined after the strategic commitment and growth strategic direction suitable for the company's mission,vision and values are selected.Finally,the implementation process of the implementation of strategic objectives,functional strategy and strategic implementation measures.Through the research in this paper,M company will continue to focus on the domestic operation of surgical line medical devices in the next five years,and gradually increase the differentiation in products,services,operations and other aspects with low cost;While maintaining the existing market penetration of existing products,continue to increase the operation of surgical series brands and further expand the national marketing network,and shift the focus to the promotion of self-owned brands;On the basis of strengthening the enterprise's human resources,marketing and finance,we will continuously transform the hit products into independent brands to achieve sustainable development.
