Study On Government Regulation Optimization Of Road Transportation In Guangdong Province

Road transport industry is the pillar industry of the national economy and a special service industry.It involves all aspects of people’s lives and plays an important role in satisfying people’s livelihood such as clothing,food,housing and transportation.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the idea of building a "strong transportation country" and pointed out the way forward for the future development of China’s road transport industry.In recent years,the development of road transport industry in Guangdong Province has made remarkable achievements.The development of road transport industry has made tremendous contributions to the sustained,healthy and stable development of Guangdong’s national economy.However,there are still many problems in the road transport industry of Guangdong Province,and there are still many areas to be improved from the perspective of government supervision.This is the main line of this study.This paper takes the road transport industry of Guangdong Province as the research object,takes the market failure theory and the government supervision theory as the theoretical support,makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the road transport industry of Guangdong Province,and puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the government supervision of the road transport industry of Guangdong Province.The paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter,introduction,mainly elaborates the background and significance of the topic,and makes a literature review and comparative analysis at home and abroad,then explains the research methods and steps of the paper;the second chapter,the core concepts and supporting theory,mainly elaborates the core concepts and supporting theory of the research.This paper introduces the concepts of road transport and road transport management,puts forward the theory of government supervision as the supporting theory of this study,and provides research perspectives and tools for the follow-up government supervision of road transport industry in Guangdong Province;the third chapter,the current situation and existing problems of government supervision of road transport industry in Guangdong Province,mainly elaborates the current situation and existing problems of government supervision of road transport industry in Guangdong Province.There are problems.The subject and object of government supervision,the means and basis of government supervision on the object of supervision,and the problems existing in the government supervision of road transport industry in Guangdong Province in recent years,including illegal operation and safety accidents in road transport production,are analyzed and summarized;the fourth chapter,the reason analysis of government supervision of road transport industry in Guangdong Province.Include the imperfection of laws and regulations,the multi-head management of supervision departments,and the singleness of supervision means;the fifth chapter,the optimization suggestions of government supervision in road transport industry of Guangdong Province,puts forward that in the optimization of government supervision in road transport industry of Guangdong Province,the system of laws and regulations should be perfected,the ability of supervision should be improved,and the quality of supervision objects should be improved.Innovation of regulatory means.
