| Asphalt pavement has the characteristics of good driving comfort,low noise,easy maintenance,strong adaptability to uneven settlement,and is widely used in urban roads and highway trunk lines.In the construction of mixing station and a series of large-scale equipment,the traditional asphalt pavement also exposes the problems of high energy consumption and pollution.MOH material is an important direction in the research and exploration of semi-flexible pavement in recent years.It has the advantages of combining rigidity with flexibility,construction at room temperature,energy saving and environmental protection,and the environmental protection benefits and cost-effectiveness of special equipment need to be studied.Relying on the national science and technology support project,this paper comparatively studies the construction equipment of MOH semi-flexible pavement and traditional asphalt pavement.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Based on the construction technology,the energy consumption,greenhouse gas emissions,cost-effectiveness and environmental pollution emissions of MOH semi-flexible pavement and traditional asphalt pavement construction equipment are compared by single comparison method and comprehensive comparison method,which has important reference significance for the research of MOH material mixing and paving construction equipment.(2)According to the consistency requirement of the comparison method,the vehicle type and transportation distance between raw materials and asphalt mixture are selected.The quantified values of energy consumption,greenhouse gas emission and cost-benefit of construction equipment are obtained by theoretical calculation method and quota calculation method,and the measured values of environmental pollution emission of two kinds of pavement mixing equipment are obtained by field measurement method.By comparing the standard individually,it is concluded that MOH semi-flexible pavement construction equipment has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection with low energy consumption and pollution,which verifies the environmental protection performance of MOH special construction equipment,and is also conducive to the popularization and application of MOH special construction equipment and speeds up the industrialization process.(3)By dividing the index hierarchy and judging by experts’ experience,the weight of the index and the assignment of the secondary index are determined,and a comprehensive comparative evaluation model is established.The energy consumption,greenhouse gas emissions,environmental pollution emissions,cost-effectiveness and other indicators are taken as a whole,and the two kinds of pavement construction equipment are comprehensively compared and evaluated from subjective qualitative to objective quantitative.Compared with the results of single comparison,the feasibility of the model for environmental protection and economic benefit evaluation of asphalt pavement construction equipment is verified. |
