| When human society enters the 21 st century,digitalization becomes a new wave of the times.With the development of globalization,landscape architecture industry and related industries have begun to explore digitalization.As an extension of BIM technology in landscape architecture industry,landscape information model LIM is a new trend of technology for sustainable site design.The purpose of this paper is to study the technical functional elements and application strategies of LIM in the life cycle of landscape architecture projects based on the evaluation criteria of sustainable site design.LIM technology is used to construct and explore the campus landscape information model,so as to provide a new research idea for the development of LIM in sustainable site design.The results are as follows:(1)study the sustainable design strategy of LIM applied in landscape architecture projects,and summarize the pattern of "LIM for SITES" : in the preparation stage,construct sustainable site design goals,carry out "landscape advance intervention" and multi-party cooperation strategy,and effectively promote the retention and utilization of sustainable elements in the site;In the implementation phase,the goal is designed with evidence,and the advantage of LIM software technology is applied to "landscape pre-assessment" in the design process to evaluate and improve the effective information of the design of sustainable elements such as water,materials and vegetation on the site,which can greatly reduce the cost of design changes.In the use phase,active and passive maintenance planning strategies are developed,information asset models are updated synchronously,and the whole life cycle operation of the project is improved.(2)Study the functional elements of the LIM modeling technology software under the IFC standard.Exploring the landscape information elements in the LIM modeling technology: the requirements of the software functions of the site information elements,the hard scene information elements,and the soft scene information elements.It is proposed that there is currently no shortage of landscape industry information exchange format standards.At the same time,it summarizes the landscape BIM design software applicable to the landscape garden industry in the industry,and makes reference for softwaredevelopers and industry software selection.(3)Applying LIM technology to explore the campus landscape information model,screening the campus sustainable site design goals and constructing the campus landscape information model.In the implementation process,the quantitative data synchronization is used to carry out the landscape performance pre-evaluation and improve the scheme to verify the LIM technology.The technical advantages of the site design can be held. |
