Research On The Development Strategy Of A Nuclear Power Station Under The Situation Of “New Reformation Of Electric System”

At present,the power supply-demand situation of our country appears loose instead of shortage in the old days.So the market is a buyer's market.In 2015,government issued a new reformation of electric system in order to stimulate the demand for electricity and perfect the mechanism.The reform will follow the way of “to hold the middle,to unfetter the ends” by introducing competition both into the power generation and the sales sides.As a nuclear power station,A company got the support from the national policy and Jiangsu province in the initial stage.It generates power on the basis of the load capacity which could obtain the most economic benefit than any other forms.Recently,the decrease of the “planed electric quantity” urges A company to get the “market” quantity from the market in the situation of the new reform.The original development strategy was made upon the analysis of internal and external environment before the new reform.It is unfit for requirements of the company's current and future development.In this paper,the author analyzes the current face of internal and external environment by using SWOT,PEST and the Five-Force Model.The paper focus on the impact from the reform.In the meantime,the idea of “The Living Company” is blended in the process of developing the strategy.Through Analysis With Compare,the original strategy is found inappropriate for the moment,A company has to promote the electricity marketing from functional strategy to business strategy.And also it should be taken a stronger control.From this the author makes out a new strategic which can be used to indicate A company's directions.In the meantime the paper also could provide reference and guidance for the national power development,industrial distribution of nuclear power and the related industry development.
