Research On Government Electricity Regulation Under The Background Of Electric Power System Reform

The electric power industry is our country important pillar industry,is the social development important constituent,is closely related with the national security and the stability.Along with our country unceasingly carries on the socialization reform,many industries also have the earth-shaking change,among which the electric power industry’s development speed is one of outstanding,regardless of is the generator capacity unceasingly increases,the continuous improvement of power generation efficiency also includes the construction of the national power grid,and the resources allocation of the national power industry has been greatly optimized,power R&D technology has also been supported and affirmed by the international level of development.Our country’s attention to the electric power industry is as always,in the history of the development of electric power reform process,for other industries also played a great role in stimulating,at present,the level of electricity service in our country is satisfactory and plays an important complementary role to the national Macroeconomic regulation and control.The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the important subject of“Double carbon”target,which is the main direction of the development of power industry in our country,it is also an inevitable demand for industry reform and development.However,it is important to note that in the context of the current industry development,the reform of the power industry needs to integrate the technology of multiple disciplines,in order to ensure the steady development of the power industry,we should actively reform and improve the physical fitness,strengthen the research and development of new energy sources,and monitor the real-time changes in various data indicators of the power industry,it is of great significance for the development and reform of the electric power industry to effectively plan the development pace of the electric power industry.In this paper,literature research and historical research methods,first of all,the relevant concepts and some theoretical knowledge involved in a combed and detailed exposition,then according to the Order of time development,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the development of our country electric power industry at different stages and its influence on the subsequent development,then overall planning and analysis of our power industry development and reform process encountered some problems,based on the current situation of its development in system,organization,efficiency and other aspects and the causes,some suggestions are put forward for improvement,such as perfecting the relevant legal system and the Government Electric Power Supervision System,four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as constructing perfect electric power supervision organization and improving the efficiency of government electric power supervision.
