Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport,which belongs to Guangdong Airport Authority,is a mainline airport of Guangdong province.The airport is also a backbone airport in the“Five Plus Four”development strategy of“13th Five.Year Plan”of Guangdong province.This paper will use PEST analysis,Porter’s five.force competition model and SWOT analysis,study the challenges and opportunities,advantages and shortcomings of the current development of Chaoshan Airport,and analyze the competitive environment,clarify the business strategy to be adopted.Strive for government policies to support the construction of transportation hubs of airport economic development zones,strengthen cooperation with domestic and international airlines,and other modes of transportation,promote the construction of comprehensive three.dimensional transportation hubs;accurately explore the market;and strengthen the development of aviation and non.aviation industry,improve service quality,strengthen upgrade and expansion,enhance marketing,high.tech application and human resource management,introduce market.oriented socialization to revitalize personnel stock,integrate and optimize human resource allocation,and build high.quality talent team.This paper mainly solves the Chaoshan Airport as the“Five Plus Four”development strategic backbone airport in Guangdong Province.It focuses on the international and domestic transit,aviation logistics market and other market segments in terms of business strategy,and defines the stage positioning of the hub construction.Based on Guangdong,it will become a domestic With the aviation center goal between Southeast Asia and South Asia,and gradually move towards becoming the key aviation hub of the“Belt and Road”initiative.
