Research On The Planning Of Demand-Oriented Green Space System For Fanjiatun Town

With the advancement of the new urbanization,the construction of small towns is heating up.In the process of pursuing economic development and continuous expansion,a series of negative effects have been produced,which restricts the construction of urban ecological and human settlements.The rapidly expanding small towns pay more attention to industrial development,lack of awareness of green space protection and the management of green space planning.The problems in the construction of green space system in small towns are severe.In view of the contradiction between the rapid development of small towns and the deterioration of urban ecological and human settlements,it is of great significance to study the green space system planning of small towns.Moreover,in the planning and construction of small towns,the research on the special environmental and residents’ needs of small towns is weak,the real needs of residents are not met.This led to the resources wasted and idle.Therefore,we need to change the perspective,based on the "peopleoriented" concept,from the perspective on the needs of residents in small towns,to study the special needs of residents for green space.This can guide the construction and planning of small town green space system.This paper starts with the domestic and international small town green space system planning,the theory and practice related to green space demand,combs and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the research.It summarizes the classification,indicators and content of small town green areas,and the impact of residents’ demand on green space system.It draws on the domestic and international excellent experience of green space system planning,laying a solid foundation for follow-up investigation and system construction.Based on the theoretical analysis,Fanjiayu Town of Jilin Province was selected to explore the current situation and use of green space construction in Fanjiatun Town through field observation,questionnaire and interview research methods.What’s more,we should make a general analysis to the green space of Fanjiatun Town for residents’ survival needs,activity communication needs and culture development needs.The green space characteristics of survival needs should analysis the carbon and oxygen regulation status,the landscape ecological pattern and the safety protection of green space.The green space characteristics of activity communication needs should analysis the social service demand and intensity,recreation corridor construction and activity communication facility.The green space characteristics of culture development needs should analysis the regional characteristics,cultural content,aesthetic appeal and other factors of the landscape.Through the above three demand perspectives,it proposed corresponding planning content expansion for traditional green space system planning.The objectives and principles of the green space system planning of Fanjiayu Town are established,and the structure and layout of the green space system under the multidemand coordination are set up.Moreover,the green area classification planning and thematic planning of the township are carried out.In order to ensure the effective facilities of the green space system planning,a phased construction plan is proposed and relevant safeguard policies are established.Through the analysis and research of this typical case of Fanjiatun Town,this paper explores the planning of small town green space system from the perspective of residents’ demand,and contributes to the construction and development of small town green space from the perspective of people-oriented.
