Fumed silica is a kind of rubber reinforcing agent,which improves rubber strength and anti-aging properties.It could also be used in chemical products to improve the storage stability of materials such as pharmaceuticals,toothpaste and sealant.The advantage of fumed silica is that it is non-toxic and non-polluting.It is very environmentally friendly,so it has been vigorously promoted.At present,China often uses sealant to repair the cracks generated on the pavement.However,the conventional sealant has insufficient durability and often fails after one or two years of construction.If fumed silica is added to the jointing glue to make fumed silica filling glue,In theory,it can improve the strength,storage stability and anti-aging performance of the filling glue,and prolong the service life of the filling glue.Therefore,it is necessary to study the application of fumed silica in the filling glue.The main contents are as follows:First of all,considering the composition of the glue is very complicated,by analyzing the composition of the glue,and testing the two methods,the order of addition,the addition method and the process parameters of the various materials in the fumed silica filling glue are determined.The preparation process of the fumed silica filling glue is obtained.Secondly,the suitable fumed silica surface modifier is screened by experiment to improve the compatibility between fumed silica and the filling glue;the modified fumed silica is added to the filling glue,and the conventional performance of the filling glue is passed.Experiments,DSR experiments,etc.,it is concluded that fumed silica can improve the high temperature stability of the joint glue and reduce the temperature sensitivity.Combined with the above research results,two theoretical explanations of surface adsorption effect and surface slip effect are proposed to explain the fumed silica and irrigation.The mechanism of action between the glues.Afterwards,the shear compression and shear-stretch tests were designed to evaluate the fatigue resistance of the joint glue.It was found that the fatigue resistance of the cement was slightly improved.The aging test was designed to study the fumed silica.The effect of anti-aging properties of the glue is found to be poor in anti-aging performance of ordinary glue,easy to be affected by ultraviolet radiation and thermal oxidation,however the fumed silica could improve Anti-aging performance.Finally,a comprehensive analysis shows that the fumed silica filling glue can be applied to areas with high temperature,heavy traffic load and large temperature difference between day and night;based on this,the design criteria are determined,and the orthogonal design method is used to analyze and soften.Agent A 7%,antioxidant B 0.5%,light stabilizer C 0.3%,rubber powder 15%,SBS 5%,SBR 3%,fumed silica 6%,is the optimal ratio of fumed silica filling glue,Various tests were carried out on the performance,and it was found that the temperature of the filling glue was low,and the high and low temperature properties and anti-aging properties were good.
