The generator is the core source of power for the aircraft and the highest priority power supply on the aircraft.Testing of aircraft generators is an essential part of aircraft flight test setup.By automatically configuring the external load amount,under the condition that the aircraft body load changes,the generator is maintained at a specific target loading value,and the test for the working state of the specified power point of the generator is realized.This project proposes a real-time aircraft electric simulative load system based on CompactRIO embedded controller,which is used to realize real-time monitoring and configuration of the load capacity of the generator to ensure the smooth flight test verification test.Considering the functions and technical requirements of the electrical simulative load system,this paper first introduces the overall hardware and software design of the system,and based on this,the resistive load box,the main control unit t and the load access control cabinet are introduced respectively.The main components include the design of the water-cooled load unit,the structure of the load box and the heat dissipation design,the selection and design of the core controller,and the design of the load access control devices.In the software design part of the system,the design of the data acquisition and calculation program and the parameter calculation method adopted by the ISO-12384-2010 standard are introduced.Then,the automatic addition and subtraction logic and the emergency unloading logic are described in detail by means of flow charts.For the design of embedded real-time monitoring software,the paper describes the three aspects of human-computer interaction module,data storage module and communication module.Finally,according to the function and index requirements of the system,related functional tests were designed to test and verify the core functions of the system.It mainly includes the cooling effect test of the simulated electric load system under water cooling and air cooling conditions,the loading test for testing the system loading accuracy and the three-phase unbalance compensation ability,and the test of load continuous change follow and actual flight load spectrum follow for testing the following effects of the electric simulative load system.The core functions of the electrical simulative load system and the corresponding indicators are verified.
