Metro Vehicle Electrical Cabinet Logic Detection System Software Design And Research

With social progress and the rapid development of rail transit, the reliability running of rail transit vehicles gradually beingttentioned by society. Electrical cabinet is a central control device in the control system of Metro vehicles, the correct and reliable logic is particularly critical for the safety running of Metro vehicles. At present, there are no perfect automatic detection device to detect the correctness of metro vehicle electrical cabinet logic, in front of the factory wiring detected of electrical cabinet completeed mainly by artificial methods, but artificial method is time-consuming and less reliable.Since the "the design and research on logic detection instrument of Metro vehicles electrical Cabinet" is the background of this dissertation, an electrical cabinet logic testing program was designed, and the software designing of the system was finished. This dissertation mainly includes:Firstly, the system requirements are analysised, besides, the system’s overall scheme, and overall structure as well as its function were all designed, Which the functional module comprises system management, the processing logic, the test logic, and communications, and database management module; secondly, the design of a logic processing module digraph generation scheme, combined with the algorithm to generate a directed graph traversal FIG slip and this is achieved by software; thirdly, After analyzing the logical relationship between electrical connections with the fault tree analysis, the logical test instructions are automatically generated,thus the software function was achieved; fourthly, according to system test requirements, CAN communication flow was desinged; fifthly, data management and other parts of the module was designed and finished in detail.After a series of commissioning,it shows that the sostware of "metro vehicle electrical cabinet logic detector system" is of high reliability and intelligence, and have better human-computer interactive interface.lt meets the operating requirements of the system.
