Analysis And Optimization Of Financial Strategy For XCMG Under The Background Of "Belt And Road"

The machinery manufacturing industry is a national pillar industry that is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.Due to the impact of the overall economic situation,the construction machinery industry has also been in the stage of cliff-type decline in recent years,entering the most severe winter period.Under the leadership of the ‘Belt and Road' strategy,XCMG,as a leading enterprise in the construction machinery industry,must follow the national policy,take the lead in breaking the current economic situation,break through the bottleneck of the company's own development,accelerate development,and lead the whole industry to overcome dilemmas.In order to cope with the current enterprise development strategy and to improve the efficiency of capital operation,optimizing the enterprise financial strategy is deeply imperative.This article takes XCMG as the research object.,analyzes its current financial strategy,puts forward some problems,and proposes optimization opinions on its financial strategy according to the “Belt and Road” strategy background.Firstly,the article uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment of the XCMG under the “Belt and Road” strategy and master the financial strategy development environment.Secondly,Indexes,including solvency,profitability,capital operation ability and others were simultaneously considered to analyze the current financial strategy of XCMG.Compared to the other three mainly competitors,the problems and shortcomings of its current financial strategy were discovered.Then,by constructing a financial strategy matrix,the financial strategy was evaluated mainly from the value creation ability and the status of capital surplus.The overall understanding of the financial strategy implementation effect of the company in the past five years provided a direction for optimizing the financial strategy of the enterprise.Through analysis,it is found that the current problem of XCMG 's financial strategy is that the weighted capital cost is high;the capital structure lacks vitality;the enterprise cash flow is difficult to meet the short-term solvency demand;the profitability is poor;the R&D investment results conversion rate is low;and the dividend distribution rate is high.At the end of the article,based on the problems found in the previous article,combined with the background of “Belt and Road”,the paper proposes suggestions on the optimization of corporate financial strategy from three aspects: financing strategy,investment strategy and dividend distribution strategy.
