Construction machinery is the backbone of China's manufacturing industry,which is currently undergoing a transition from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing and the era of "industrial Internet".At the 12 th National People's Congress in 2015,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the proposal of made in China 2025,which makes the development of manufacturing industry become a national strategy,which will help to promote the transformation and development of manufacturing industry from the strategic level,and promote the continuous increase of infrastructure for interconnection,that is to say,increase the number of contracted foreign engineering projects and bring about significant overseas market In addition to policy support,the rapid increase of the stock of equipment,the industry entering the equipment renewal period,and the tightening of environmental protection verification will also accelerate the renewal.Improving the R &D,innovation and service capabilities of these internal factors is conducive to enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry,which provides the importance and necessity for the transformation and upgrading of China's construction machinery industry.Therefore,it is imperative to study the transformation and upgrading of construction machinery industry.This paper uses the method of case analysis to sort out the relevant transformation and upgrading theories,and takes XCMG machinery as the case company to analyze its transformation and upgrading background and transformation path.It mainly uses intelligence,service,internationalization and green to realize the transformation of enterprises and survive the cold winter of the industry.With the support of national policies,it adjusts the industrial structure in time to adapt to the development of the times and constantly To improve the innovation system and service system,and actively take the road of international development,provide certain reference for other machinery manufacturing enterprises.By analyzing the changes of financial and non-financial indicators in the process of transformation and upgrading of XCMG machinery,and comparing with Zoomlion and the industry average,the following conclusions are drawn: the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise has not been completed,which is generally consistent with the development trend of the industry,and the impact on Performance is not significant,and the development capacity and operation capacity have a stable growth,but due to the intelligent and international transformation Because of the high cost of R &D and publicity costs,the profitability growth is slow and there is still a lot of room for development.However,the service-oriented and green transformation have little impact on financial performance and non-financial indicators.The service-oriented transformation improves customer loyalty to the brand,and the green transformation increases social benefits.Therefore,the overall positive role of XCMG machinery transformation and upgrading is limited,but both XCMG machinery and other machinery manufacturing enterprises should realize that transformation and upgrading are not achieved overnight,and may not have immediate effect,it is a long-term dynamic process.Finally,according to the case study of XCMG machinery transformation and upgrading,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
