Wheeled loaders are widely used in mining,port construction,high-speed railway line laying,building construction and other complex working conditions occasions.Based on the needs of national construction,countries have invested a lot of energy in the development of loaders.The front frame and hydraulic system of loader are important components of loader,which directly determine the performance,efficiency and stability of the loader.In this paper,the front frame and hydraulic system of wheel loader are analyzed and optimized.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,in the coordinate system,the structure sketch of the working device of loader is established,and the mathematical model of the working device is established under different working conditions.The movement track of the working device is drawn by using MATLAB software,and the displacement of each cylinder is calculated under each working condition.The external load of the working device is analyzed.According to the structure sketch of the working device,the load on the front frame at each pin connection point is analyzed and studied under five working conditions,which provides effective data for the next simulation analysis of the front frame.Secondly,the three-dimensional model of the front frame is established by Pro/E,and the static analysis of the front frame under five working conditions is carried out by ANSYS Workbench.The distribution of stress and deformation is obtained,the location of the front frame to be optimized is identified,and the structure of the front frame is optimized by modal analysis.Through the finite element analysis of the optimization scheme,the feasibility of the optimization method is verified.Once more,the hydraulic system of wheel loader is introduced in detail.In view of the shortcomings of the loader such as drift,heat and high pressure in the actual working process,the optimization scheme of adding overload refueling valve and throttle valve is proposed,which will prepare for AMESim simulation analysis of the optimized hydraulic system.In conclusion,AMESim is used to model the optimized hydraulic system.The AMESim modeling process of flow amplifier valve,multi-way reversing valve and left and right limit valve is mainly introduced.The optimized hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed,and the characteristic curves are obtained.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it is verified that the optimized scheme can alleviate the problems of drift,heating and high pressure.
