With the development of economy,China has changed from a big country in equipment manufacturing to a strong country in equipment manufacturing.Among them,the material handling industry is also changing.Forklift,as the main equipment of the material handling industry,is also changing and upgrading.From traditional internal combustion forklift to battery forklift,energy conservation and environmental protection are becoming more and more important.The problems existing in the battery forklift and the waste of the potential energy of the forklift when goods fall and the kinetic energy of the forklift when braking.In this paper,an energy recovery technology is proposed to recover the potential energy of falling goods and the kinetic energy of frequent braking so as to realize the reuse of energy.The advantages and disadvantages of energy storage devices are analyzed.Finally,super capacitor and storage battery are selected to store energy in parallel.Give full play to the role of super capacitor " peak cutting and valley filling" and increase the operation time of forklift truck.The charging and discharging characteristics of super capacitor are analyzed.For the energy loss caused by the voltage change during charging and discharging of super capacitor,and the problem that the recovered energy is reduced due to the gradual reduction of speed and the reduction of feedback braking current when the forklift truck recovers braking energy,this paper proposes to use DC/DC converter to solve the problem.In order to recover the falling potential energy of goods better and more conveniently,the hoisting system of wire rope barrel is designed to replace the traditional hydraulic cylinder hoisting.Taking Hangzhou fork CPD20 H 2T battery forklift as the research object,a simulation model is established in MATLAB/simulink.The energy recovery efficiency is 49% when the forklift truck falls at full load weight and 51% when the forklift truck brakes at 100 A current.By simulating and analyzing the effect of energy saving in JB/T3300-2010 standard energy consumption test,the simulation results show thatthe energy recovery efficiency is 47.8%,and the comprehensive utilization rate of energy is 30%.It is concluded that the energy-saving forklift can prolong the working time by 10.9% through energy recovery technology.According to the energy consumption simulation software written by VC++6.0,the comparison of energy consumption between non-energy saving forklift and energy consuming forklift in different working conditions is obtained.
