Research On Implementation Paths Of The Integral Conservation And Reuse Of Industrial Heritage

Since the end of the last century,due to industrial adjustments,industrial land has been withdrawn from urban centers,and industrial heritages have been arbitrarily demolished in the process.Although the protection and reuse of industrial heritage has gradually been taken seriously,the practice of industrial heritage protection still tends protect individual buildings and partial areas,resulting in the incomplete formation of industrial heritage,the lack of relevance between the components,and irreversible damage to the authenticity and integrity of the property.This is directly related to the lack of awareness of integral conservation in China and the corresponding protection methods and implementation paths.Based on this,this paper draws on the concept of the integral conservation,and sorts out its protection connotation and methods.Combined with the status quo of China's industrial heritage protection,this paper analyzes the gap and uses the game theory method to incorporate the factors affecting the integral conservation into a system for detailed discussion,and proposes suggestions and strategies to the corresponding implementation path.This paper aims to explore the approach of integral conservation and then its implementation paths to protect industrial heritages.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the concepts and methods of industrial protection at home and abroad,then deeply interprets in five ways: the structures,forms and their relevance,value and interpretation of industrial heritage.This lays a foundation for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage.Secondly,it collects data on industrial heritage protection and reuse projects at home and abroad,and establishes a database of 122 cases.Through statistics and comparative analysis of the status quo and problems of domestic industrial heritage protection,it expresses that the integral conservation and reuse of industrial heritage in China is in the primary stage.At the stage,the integrity of the industrial heritage site cannot be guaranteed,and the implementation path of integral conservation and reuse is still unclear;next step is to filtrate the path case of integral conservation,providing empirical insights for the implementation path.Thirdly,by the game method,through the three aspects of the object attribute factors,external institutional factors and stakeholder attributes of industrial heritage,the causes of the above problems are further analyzed,and the factors affecting the integral conservtion and reuse implementation are explained to explain the industrial heritage.The integrity of the site is divided by various stakeholders during the game phase.Finally,it proposes to implement integral conservation through multi-subjects,establishing a common decision-making mechanism and a collaborative platform,in order to restrict and guarantee the bottom line of the integral conservation of industrial heritage;according to the object classification,the implementation is carried out in different steps by corresponding subjects.In addition,providing suggestions and strategies for the implementation of the integral conservation and reuse of Hanyang Iron Works.
