In our country,basic education,also known as "National Basic education",is the basic stage in the process of personnel training.Basic education facilities are the carrier of the development of basic education,as a public product,whether their allocation is balanced or not for the equal enjoyment of all citizens will be directly related to the level of fairness,justice and harmony of society.The balanced allocation of basic education facilities should reduce the gap between regions and inter-school,and ensure that residents of different economic attributes can enjoy equal access to basic education facilities provided by the Government in a comparable quantity,of similar quality and with roughly the same degree of convenience.Therefore,taking the basic education facilities in the main urban area of Wuhan as an empirical research object,this paper analyzes the spatial correlation characteristics between spatial allocation and residents ' economic attributes by evaluating their spatial allocation level and spatial differentiation characteristics,probes into the equilibrium problem of spatial allocation of basic education facilities,and puts forward the optimization strategy of spatial configuration.This paper constructs the evaluation Index system and method of spatial allocation level of basic education facilities from three aspects of supply and demand relationship,high quality degree and convenience degree,uses ArcGIS data processing and spatial analysis to obtain the index score and comprehensive allocation level,and makes clustering analysis and visualization expression to the results,evaluates the spatial allocation level of basic education facilities,This paper analyzes its differentiated characteristics in space,and then,by means of residential price characterization of residents ' economic attributes,based on GeoDa platform,the spatial allocation level of basic education facilities and residential price are analyzed by double variable global correlation and local correlation with school district as the basic unit.This paper probes into the spatial correlation characteristics between the spatial allocation of basic education facilities and the economic attributes of residents,and determines whether there are differences in the allocation level of basic education facilities enjoyed by residents with different economic attributes.It is found that there are obvious differences between the spatial allocation level of basic education facilities in the main urban areas of Wuhan,but the overall level is high,and the spatial differentiation is formed on the whole region,which shows the distribution from high to low circle from the old city to the periphery,and the spatial pattern of "core high-edge low" is formed.High configuration level infrastructure obviously gathers in the old town,and the allocation level of basic education facilities in the marginal area of the main urban areas needs to be improved urgently.In addition,through the spatial correlation analysis of the spatial allocation of basic education facilities and the economic attributes of residents,it is found that there are spatial differences in the use opportunities and service levels of basic education facilities owned by residents of different income and economic attributes.High-level basic education facilities are concentrated in areas inhabited by high-income segments of the population,which are more spatially accessible to high-level basic education facilities,while low-income class residents tend to be closer to low-allocation basic education facilities.Through the above research,this paper finally,based on the evaluation results of configuration level and the spatial correlation study combining the economic attributes of residents,puts forward the optimization strategy of improving the allocation level of index elements of each target layer directly and adjusting the level of indirect equilibrium allocation through population and residence,in order to balance the spatial allocation of basic education facilities,reduce the regional and The gap between the inter-school countries guarantees the right of different economic attribute residents to enjoy the same level of basic education facilities,and also provides reference for the optimization of the spatial allocation of basic education facilities in other urban areas.
