Research On Spatial Layout Evaluation And Optimization Of Urban Basic Education Facilities Based On The Theory Of Living Circle

Basic education facilities are an important carrier of educational development,and their spatial layout is closely related to the quality of life and social equity of residents.The circle of life takes the people’s living needs and convenience of use as the starting point to reconstruct the supply of public services and the allocation of resources.In related studies at home and abroad,it is found that the life circle theory is mostly applied to the overall discussion of the spatial layout configuration of public service facilities,and there is less specific research on the spatial layout of a certain facility.After relevant research and analysis,it is found that the "living circle theory" has applicability in solving the balanced layout of basic education facilities,so the "living circle theory" is combined with the spatial layout of basic education facilities,and the way of balanced development of urban basic education based on "life circle theory" is proposed,which provides a new research idea for the balanced development of basic education.Based on the above objectives,this thesis takes Yiyang downtown as a research case,based on the theory of living circle,public goods theory,centrality theory,spatial equilibrium theory,resource allocation theory,and uses the model of improved spatial coverage to study the spatial layout of basic education facilities in Yiyang downtown based on the living circle theory.The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Analysis of the spatial layout of urban basic education facilities:The urban area of Yiyang City Center was selected as the research area,and on the basis of preliminary field research and data collection,the spatial distribution status of basic education facilities was analyzed by using standard dispersion ellipse method,buffer analysis,nuclear density analysis and other tools,and the spatial differentiation characteristics of facility distribution were summarized.It is found that the basic education facilities in the downtown area of Yiyang present a spatial distribution structure of "center-group,northwest-southeast",and the characteristics of concentration to dispersion from the old city to the surrounding townships are presented,and the layout of middle schools is more concentrated than that of primary schools,and the layout of primary schools is more balanced than that of middle schools.(2)Evaluation of the spatial layout of urban basic education facilities under the theory of living circle: The main use of the service area coverage model,the service area efficiency index and the repeated coverage efficiency index are introduced to measure the service area coverage and repetition rate of education facilities,and then the spatial layout efficiency of basic education facilities is evaluated.The study found that the repetition rate and the repetition coverage efficiency index of the basic education facilities service area in the downtown area of Yiyang city were quite different at the township street level,and also showed the characteristics of decreasing outward from the old city,and there was a high spatial coverage rate of the basic education facilities in the old city,but there was also a high repetition coverage area;The repetition rate and repeated coverage efficiency of the primary and secondary school service areas in the outer townships are low,and even some townships do not have duplicate coverage areas.(3)Strategies and approaches of spatial layout of basic education facilities under the theory of living circle: According to the spatial attributes of basic education facilities and the structural characteristics of living circles,in terms of in-depth analysis of the spatial layout of basic education facilities and the evaluation of the current situation,the spatial layout principles of basic education facilities are clarified,and the strategies and ways of balanced spatial layout of basic education facilities are proposed from the perspective of building community living circles,facility spatial layout,and decision-making management.
