| Entering the 21 st century,the rapid development of Chinese automobile industry,has become the largest annual output of automobile in the world.With the victory in the fight against COVID-19,China’s major auto manufacturers have begun to resume work and production one after another,making the auto industry once again an important engine to promote the rapid and high-quality growth of the Chinese economy.These problems are all related to logistics.It can be seen that a scientific and reasonable logistics transportation scheme can reduce transportation costs and labor costs,improve efficiency and increase profits for enterprises on the basis of ensuring the timely arrival of relevant products.This paper takes the material distribution route of the production line of Q Company,a domestic automobile production company,as the research object,analyzes the shortcomings of the current distribution route,builds a mathematical optimization model according to the actual production data of Q Company,and solves the current optimal route through genetic algorithm.This paper firstly reviews the research status of material distribution in production lines and route optimization in a larger scope at home and abroad,and then elaborates the research content,technical route and possible innovation points of this paper.After that,two theories involved in this paper are introduced,namely genetic algorithm and lean production theory.Then it introduces Q Company’s current production status,station layout,material demand point and other basic information,and constructs mathematical model and designs genetic algorithm according to the current situation.Finally,distribution route is optimized.Firstly,total distribution cost and other data of the current distribution route are calculated.Then,the distribution resources are appropriately reduced,total distribution cost and other data are calculated,the three routes are comprehensively analyzed,the optimal distribution route is selected,and the guiding improvement suggestions are put forward for Q Company.The last part is the shortcomings of this article and the direction of subsequent improvement.In this paper,the distribution route of the distribution car is optimized twice.The first optimization is effective,but the effect is very limited.The distribution distance and the total working time are not reduced,but slightly increased,and the working efficiency of the distribution workers is also decreased,only the total distribution cost is reduced.The optimization effect of the second optimization scheme is better,except for the penalty cost,the other five indicators have been significantly reduced,so the second optimization scheme is more recommended. |
