| With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry,improving the production and logistics system has gradually become the key for enterprises to improve their economic benefits.As a part of production logistics,the management and control of the workshop distribution system and materials determine whether the production line can operate normally,stable,and efficiently.Optimizing the workshop logistics system plays a decisive role in improving production efficiency,saving logistics costs and enhancing the competitiveness of the same industry.This article uses a certain steel product workshop as the research object,analyzes the current situation of logistics,and summarizes its many problems in both material distribution and material control,such as difficulties in material tracking,backward information collection methods,and unreasonable material distribution paths.These two problems are analyzed in combination with the actual demand of the workshop and proposed a customized solution.First of all,in order to improve the rationality and timeliness of the material distribution operations in the steel products production workshop,the cost of punishing the total time and time window punishment is used as the goal,and the two target distribution path optimization models with a mixed time window are constructed.AGV maximum load capacity is used as a model constraint,and the design genetic taboo search hybrid algorithm is designed as the optimized solution method in this article.Use Matlab simulation software to solve and compare the distribution path of 48 material demand points through the genetic algorithm.The total time of delivery time,time window punishment cost,and AGV driving distance have been reduced,and then the mixed algorithm is solved through genetic taboos searching for mixed algorithms.In comparison with the data related data of the delivery path before optimization and the genetic algorithm,the total time,time window cost and AGV driving distance have been further reduced,and the number of AGV has also decreased,it proves the effectiveness of the solution method and provides guidance for reasonably arranging the workshop material distribution.At the same time,in order to carry out intelligent management of workshop materials and realize the function of material information collection,traceability and real-time acquisition of material dynamics.By analyzing the characteristics of RFID and steel product production processes,it summarizes RFID-based materials based on RFIDmaterials Management and control needs,the overall technical framework of the material management and control system is constructed,combined with the characteristics of the workshop,determining the material information collection node and information collection content,and the hardware of the RFID hardware including the reader,the label,etc.Real-time tracking and monitoring.Based on the above-mentioned RFID architecture design and functional design,the prototype design tool Axure RP 8.0 builds the functional modules of the workshop material control system to provide certain reference value for further management of workshop materials. |
