At present,domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers are actively moving closer to manufacturing equalization,manufacturing flexibility and enterprise informatization to adapt to the ever-changing competitive environment,enhance their competitiveness in the industry,enhance their product quality and expand the profitability of their products.Based on the current production environment of Company Y and the current situation and problems of Company Y,the MES information management system based on Lean Production System and the requirements of enterprises in terms of material distribution To understand the function,formulate in line with the actual production needs of enterprises,a high degree of information technology materials distribution program.With Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 integrated development environment,SQL Server 2016 as the back-end database,C # as the main programming language,OPC communication protocol,the integrated use of HTML5,JavaScript,Vue.js,Web Sockets and other advanced front-end technology,developed and implemented a material distribution system for the VXT75 gearbox assembly line.This thesis firstly describes the research background and significance of the material distribution system,and then briefly describes the concept of the MES system of the integrated material distribution system and the requirements and applications of the automotive industry,and combining the concept of lean production,in-depth analysis of the production model of Y company.It finds that the manufacturing plant uses materials planning and production management,and the material traceability does not meet the requirements of lean production Requirements,however,materials as a key part of the entire manufacturing chain,reasonable distribution and management to reduce costs,improve the assembly efficiency of the workshop production has a significant role.In this paper,we put forward corresponding solutions according to the research questions,and follow the principle of balanced production,pull-type production principles and product quality control principles to design and improve.The system has designed eight main functional modules: planning management module,Material delivery management module,bar code management module,material management module,material Andon management module,quality management module,interface management module.The system uses SQL Server 2016 as the system database to store the quality and material collected in the production line.The operating system and data transmission method are used to design the system architecture.Based on the functional requirements and simple operation requirements,the system interface.The system has been tested in the actual production line and stable operation,the system interface to guide the operation is simple and improve the efficiency of the workers assembly;system functions to meet the needs of the scene production,material pull-type production achieved meticulous management purposes.Material distribution system based on MES system to help Y company to intelligent production direction to promote a step further to strengthen their own production process control and improve the factory abnormal reaction speed and production efficiency and promote the construction of enterprise information.
