Research On Evaluation And Counter Measures Of Land-saving On Construction Site

Land is the precious resources of human survival and development.Although China have the vast land,the per capita area of cultivated farmland is only 27% of the average of world.The decreasing cultivated farmland in China are converted to construction land mostly.Many local construction land patterns are imbalanced and extensive utilized,but the efficiency is not high.The contradiction between supply and demand of construction land is still very outstanding.The ecological environment problems of land use change are also very severe.Therefore,we must adhere to the most stringent farmland protection system and land conservation system,strict control increment of the land at the same time,and strengthen the construction land protection,which is the fundamental requirements of resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Based on the study of a large number of documents,and by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis,carry on theory study and empirical research.Firstly,the domestic city construction land use status is introduced,and the existing problems and cause are analyzed;then compare the use of land intensive experience of developed countries and regions,and pointed out the enlightenment of our country;and then according to the domestic and foreign green construction evaluation standard,18 land-saving evaluation indexes were identified.Questionnaire were designed to assess the index;software SPSS was adopted to conduct factor analysis and software AMOS was used to do the confirmatory factor analysis.The results showed that Permanent and temporary combination of construction road(A2),Land use coefficient of temporary facilities(B1),Utilize and protect the original building(D3),Site remediation(C4),Excavation engineering scheme selection(D4)are the top five factors ranked by the mean value.And divided into 4 categories.In accordance with the meaning of indexes,they were named as land structure,land scale,land protection and technical proposal.Assessment index system is established in the phase of empirical analysis,and applied in the project of Grand Porcelain Tower,and the result shows that its' land-saving effect is in a high level.In the end,on the basis of assessment result of empirical analysis,some measures and suggestions about of construction land-saving are proposed from the level of country,industry and enterprise.The research in this paper improves assessment index system and counter-measures of construction land-saving,which can provide certain guidance for construction enterprise in construction land-saving.
