The passenger vehicles market in China is becoming more and more mature.In order to adapt to the production of new products,the subsequent transformation of automobile production line becomes more and more frequent.In China,the life cycle of a new car is only 2‐3 years.The construction cost of a new assembly workshop is about 2 billion yuan,which results in that no vehicle factories are willing to build new production lines to achieve product upgrading.And through the existing production line transformation to complete new product deployment,become more practical and reasonable means.Within the assembly production line reconstruction project,enterprise usually focus on the project of the highest is the two aspects of project quality and project risk,this is due to the production line reconstruction project investment does not exceed one hundred million yuan commonly,cost is not the most attention,the important thing is how to based on the existing production line fast,high quality implementation of the project goals,to ensure that the new model import valve.Existing oems production line reconstruction project management because of a lack of effective management methods,has been in vulgar control method,cannot meet the quality requirements of the project,but also it is difficult to effectively avoid risk,thus establishing a set of suitable for auto enterprise quality and risk management system for automobile final assembly production line reconstruction project implementation is especially important.Based on auto assembly line reconstruction project as the research object,in terms of project quality control and planning in detail analysis and discussion,and the introduction of QFD tool to evaluate the different quality requirements of internal users and integration,using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to calculate the importance degree of each quality requirements eventually house build quality,meet the needs of all parties,achieve the quality of the project planning;In terms of risk management of the project,risk identification,analysis,assessment and response of the transformation project of automobile assembly line shall be conducted,and FMEA management tool shall be introduced to calculate risk quantitatively,form risk list,effectively control and avoid project risk.The above research results have been applied in the renovation project of general assembly line of Beijing automotive(zhenjiang)co.,LTD.The practice proves that the quality and risk management scheme studied in this paper can fully adapt to the characteristics of the automobile final assembly line renovation project,the project quality comprehensively surpasses the similar projects in history,and the project risk is also comprehensively monitored.The research results of this paper provide effective guidance for the project management of automobile final assembly line transformation,and can be used for reference for similar projects.
