| With the accelerating pace of social development,the pressure of global energy demand is increasing.As one of the world’s major energy countries,China shoulders a major responsibility for promoting the energy transition.In order to comply with the important strategic policy of my country’s energy revolution,the State Grid proposed the concept of ubiquitous power Internet of Things in 2019.Measuring equipment such as smart electric energy meters,as the smart terminals laid out first in the construction plan,will usher in maj or innovations in the base and technology.Facing the increase in demand for smart electric energy meters,all provincial-level measurement centers across the country are bound to expand and upgrade their existing verification systems.The fully compatible verification assembly line innovated and built by the Metrology Center of S Province can effectively improve the verification capability in terms of the amount and scope of verification,and is a strong guarantee for the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things.How to organize the construction experience of the assembly line project of the Metrology Center of S Province and promote the risk management experience through research is the key research direction of this article.This article first introduces the research background,ideas,content and the theoretical basis of the article of the fully compatible pipeline project,and initially establishes the theoretical framework of project risk management.On this basis,brainstorming is used to find a list of risk factors that affect the fully compatible assembly line project,and then relevant experts are invited to screen and identify the list through the Delphi method,and analyze the causes of various risk factors.At this stage,fourteen different risk factors were identified in four categories,including technical risks,demand risks,installation and commissioning risks,and management risks.This paper uses AHP to weigh the risk factors of the project,then uses DEMATEL method to analyze the correlation between the risk factors,and finally evaluates the construction risks of the project target layer and the criterion layer by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,And draw the conclusion that the construction risk of fully compatible assembly line project is low risk.The end of the paper provides reasonable response strategies for the identified risk factors,and hopes to provide some help to the construction of fully compatible pipelines in other provinces and cities in China in the future. |
