China is in a critical period of rapid urbanization and social transformation.Under the background of urban-rural integration and new urbanization,suburban villages are the forefront of urban-rural integration.After years of rapid development,there is a very obvious phenomenon of extensive use of land in suburban villages.However,China is a country with a very tense relationship between man and land.Therefore,the study on intensive use of land in rural areas is extremely urgent.Based on this,this paper studies the intensive planning of suburban rural space.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of urban suburban villages and their intensive planning,and reviews relevant theories at home and abroad to provide guidance and reference for this study.After that,combined with the urbanization process in China,the stage characteristics of the spatial evolution of the suburban villages in China were sorted out.Based on the analysis of the endogenous and exogenous driving forces of the development and evolution,combined with the field investigation of the suburban villages,the extensive problems existing in the land use of the suburban villages in the emergence stage were summarized.And then sums up the status quo of the problem put forward the suburban rural intensive planning should follow the four principles,including comprehensive benefit principle,systematic principle,principle of scale,and compound the sharing principle,and puts forward include: on the basis of the three big benefit unified planning,ecological environment system integration,land scale and intensive,rural space compound Shared four suburban rural space intensive planning strategy method.Finally,take jinjiang changpu village as an example to carry on the empirical research.
