Research On Analysis And Evaluation Of Centralized Public Space Ofmacao Public Housing Complex

Macao public housing is an important type of building in Macao’s urban life.In addition to meeting residents’ living and community service functions,it also undertakes urban social functions such as communication,transportation,education,medical care,and recreation.It is important for the operation of the city of Macau.Supporting role.Due to the large scale and complex functions of this type of building,its public space design often becomes the main point and difficulty of architectural design.Therefore,effective spatial structure efficiency evaluation of public housing public space is very important in improving the design quality of public housing construction.significance.The article begins with a detailed overview of the formation and development of the public housing complex in Macau,introducing the first generation of public housing for the purpose of improving urban living to the third generation of public housing to create urban activity venues.Through the characteristics of the third generation of public housing,the concept of public housing complex is introduced,and the spatial composition of the public housing complex is comprehensively introduced.In particular,the main research object of this paper is the comprehensive public space and its high density city in Macau.The important role that can be played.Secondly,from the three aspects of spatial form,social service facilities allocation and traffic distribution,the spatial organization of Macao public housing complex public space is classified,and the lakeside building is selected as the main research case.Finally,the author uses spatial syntax to analyze the deep structural relationship of the public space of the lakeside complex and the characteristics of public space in terms of accessibility,communication,identifiability and security.The research shows that the integration and intelligibility of the public space of the lakeside complex has an important influence on the accessibility and identifiability of the space.The field questionnaire survey is used to collect the subjective feelings of the public space of the lakeside complex from the aspects of the real use efficiency,orientation,use demand and satisfaction of the public space.The survey found that on the basis of objective conditions,the real use efficiency of public space and the satisfaction of subjective evaluation will be affected by people’s psychological subjective will.In addition,this paper also uses the method of comparing the spatial syntax results with the questionnaire survey results,comprehensively evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the public space of the lakeside complex in the spatial structure efficiency,and proposes spatial optimization design for the specific problems found.
