With the vigorous development of China's transportation industry,the mileage of expressways has also broken new highs repeatedly.Cement concrete pavement has also been used in many special sections of expressway construction because of its special physical and chemical properties.However,after using cement concrete pavement for a period of time,with the attenuation of anti-skid structure and the influence of road oil pollution,the anti-skid performance of cement concrete pavement will be greatly reduced.Therefore,it is extremely important to study the anti-sliding performance degradation of cement concrete pavement by the method of indoor test simulation.This paper summarizes and analyzes the current status of pavement grinding equipment at home and abroad,and finds that pavement grinding equipment is not quite common in China.Therefore,this paper developed a tunnel cement concrete grinding equipment.The maximum grinding speed is 33km/h,and the maximum grounding pressure is 0.5MPa.True tires are used as loading wheels for loading.The use of a circular one-way driven wheel loading eliminates the impact of speed changes during loading.The use of hydraulic cylinders for loading reduces the moment of inertia during the rotation of the cement concrete pavement loading mechanism and improves the safety performance of the equipment.The equipment can simulate the anti-sliding structure of cement concrete pavement with time decay,and provide a test platform for the research of indoor cement concrete anti-sliding structure.It is found that when cement concrete is ground 90,000 times,the surface structure of grooved cement concrete decreases obviously,while the surface structure of ground cement concrete decreases slightly.The attenuation rate of the grinding structure and the new generation structure is obviously lower than that of the grooved cement concrete pavement structure in the course of 90,000 grinding tests.By analyzing the traditional method of measuring the anti-sliding performance of cement concrete—the lack of sanding method,the pavement texture scanning platform based on CCD22-15 laser distance sensor evaluates the anti-sliding performance of cement pavement.For the loss of a small number of measurement points on the road surface during laser scanning,a fitting function is used to estimate the value of the missing point by fitting a known measurement point using a multi-order polynomial.By fitting the known measuring points with multi-order polynomials,the fitting function is used to estimate the value of the missing points.The three-dimensional model of pavement is established by using the point cloud data after processing.Based on MATLAB,the average structure depth of cement concrete pavement is obtained by using three-dimensional plane fitting and Point-to-Plane distance formula.This method replaces the method of sand laying to measure the depth of structure,reduces the influence of human factors,reduces the cost of measurement,and improves the accuracy and speed of measurement.
