Floating dock as an ordinary engineering ship,with the large-scale development of the ship,floating dock with the large-scale development.However,due to the limited range of applications for small-scale special floating docks,the research on small floating docks is rare.The significance of studying the 450 T floating dock was briefly summarized.The current status of structural strength research at home and abroad was analyzed.The 450 T floating dock designed with large opening dock and large span,This paper analyzed the advantages and significance of using this design.To meet the requirements of large openings in the ship,based on the thin-walled beam theory analyzed the torsional strength of the floating dock.In addition,the local strength of the floating dock,such as deck cranes,large span on the construction of local strength checks analyzed in this paper.In addition,based on the nonlinear finite element method,the ultimate load is analyzed.The structural strength of the floating dock is analyzed from linear instability and nonlinear analysis.The design concept of the large dock wall and large span was put forward to systematically analyze the longitudinal strength,transverse strength,torsional strength and local strength of the floating dock,and to ensure the design Safe and reliable.The whole process of design and strength research is in line with the engineering design process and can provide some reference meaning for the design of other special purpose floating docks.
