After the financial crisis in 2009,the ship market is increasingly sluggish.In order to adapt to the current situation of low order and low price of ship market,the effective way to improve the competitiveness of shipbuilding enterprises is to strengthen the management of the bottleneck resource,realize the reduction of production cost and improve the production efficiency.Based on the present situation of the research at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the method of the Theory of constraints bottleneck resource management of the shipyard based on simulation technique.The content of this paper mainly referred to three aspects: shipbuilding bottleneck resource management based on TOC,the application of simulation technique in shipbuilding bottleneck resource management,practical application.In the study of the shipbuilding bottleneck resource management based on TOC,the main bottleneck resource is analyzed,and the current situation and shortage of the bottleneck resource management are summarized from three aspects: organization structure,management mode and management technology.Aimed at the shortcomings of shipbuilding bottleneck resource management,this paper put forward to establish the digital simulation platform,in order to realize plan driven bottleneck resource management in the future.In the study of application of simulation technique in the shipbuilding bottleneck resource management,this paper expounds the application flow of bottleneck resource management based on DELMIA simulation platform: constructs the PPR model,resource allocation,production planning adjustment,bottleneck resource utilization plan and resource utilization rate.Through the resource utilization analysis and buffer setting,two aspects of simulation result analysis method based on TOC theory are described.In the study of practical application,this paper focus on the block construction site resource management in a shipyard in Guangdong province.Based on the DELMIA simulation platform,the PPR model is built with the relationship among product,process and resource.Optimize resource allocation by using the block construction site allocation algorithm.Output the site resource usage plan and block transportation plan,in order to guide the production.Propose resource allocation optimization suggestion by analyzing the resource utilization ratio curve.And finally improve the bottleneck resource management mode from production-driven to plan-driven.The research results of this paper provide a good way to improve the management of the bottleneck resources in the shipbuilding enterprises,and can also provide reference for the improvement of other similar production systems.
