Abstract/Summary:
The structure of the rear fuselage is complex,and the shape is a hyperbolic contraction configuration.The cabin,cargo compartment,equipment compartment,kitchen,porthole,cabin door,cargo door,etc.are arranged.The structural characteristics make the design and assembly of the rear fuselage greatly difficult.Assembly simulation is the use of computer tools,using the three-dimensional digital model of products and resources,simulation of the assembly process,simulation of the relationship between products and resources,simulation of product and resource positioning,movement and other assembly processes,inspection of product design,resource design And the defects of the process design,the simulation verification and evaluation of the results of the process design,making assembly process decisions.This paper mainly includes two aspects,the rear fuselage assembly simulation analysis and the rear fuselage ergonomics analysis.On the one hand,the three-dimensional digital model of the rear fuselage of a certain type of civil aircraft is established.Based on the structural features and assembly characteristics of the rear fuselage,the meaning and current status of the assembly simulation are summarized.In the environment of DELMIA Assembly information was constructed and analyzed.static and dynamic interference inspection and gap detection are implemented,The problems in assembly sequence,assembly path and even products and resource design are checked and optimized,and finally the optimal assembly plan is get.On the other hand,after the installation of the airborne equipment of the fuselage,the ergonomics and the DELMIA ergonomics module were combined to analyze the accessibility and visibility of the human,and the interference gap check and RULA analysis were performed.The results show that the assembly scheme has problems of accessibility and comfort.For the accessibility problem,an improved scheme for modifying the assembly path is given.The RULA analysis was carried out on the two installation postures of lying down and kneeling.Through the above improvements,the accessibility and visibility of the installation are achieved,the comfort of the workers is improved,and the guidance for the installation of the actual airborne equipment is provided.
