Recently,with the deepening development of digital technology and the increasing demand for sustainable construction environment,digital energy-efficient design is gradually becoming a hot topic in the field of architectural design.At the same time,Building Information Modelling(BIM),a powerful assistant in design function and multi professional collaboration capability,has becoming the technical system popularized in the architectural design industry.Based on the limitations of the building information modeling technology in the digital energy-efficient design,this paper puts forward the Dynamic Building Information Modelling(DBIM)technology,demonstrated from four levels: technical background analysis,technical framework establishment,technical tool development and technical application practice.Firstly,the research extracts the key design sectors by analyzing the digital energy-efficient design thinking,combs the contradiction between the existing BIM technology and the digital energy-efficient design,and proposes the DBIM framework,which innovates the existing BIM technology in three aspects: the parameterized model control,the multi-level information association and standardized data interaction.Then,the research develops two sets of DBIM tools for traditional architectural design and parametric architectural design using the Autodesk Revit platform as a carrier,implementing all the auxiliary design functions covered by the technical framework.Finally,a teaching building of Heilongjiang Institute of Business and Technology is taken as a practical case to complete the application and testing of DBIM technology.The application results show that the DBIM technology lays the foundation for the research of digital energy-efficient design under the BIM platform by enhancing the designer's parameterized control ability of building information,realizing the adaptive coordination of multi-level building information,and achieving the automatic interaction of building information model and performance simulation engine.When the technology is applied in architectural design practice,it can significantly improve the efficiency of program adjustment in the design stage,assist in the completion of various types of building energy-saving design processes in the energy-saving stage,and efficiently complete the statistical output of building information in the output stage.The DBIM technology have excellent practical performance and application value.
