| During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,S Company will continue to increase the infrastructure of the power grid.How to complete the project on schedule or even ahead of schedule is a difficult problem for every project manager before the very tense infrastructure tasks.For a long time,the critical path method has been adopted in the schedule management of power grid infrastructure projects,but this method can not flexibly meet the needs of hierarchical management,uncertain factors,schedule early warning,dynamic adjustment and so on.As a result,the actual schedule of the project often exceeds the scheduled schedule,but the special requirements of the completion time force the schedule of the project to be unable to meet.Delay.Therefore,it has become a common phenomenon that most power grid infrastructure projects are overtime at any cost and invest all available resources to ensure the completion of the project on schedule.In view of this phenomenon,on the premise of relevant literature review,this paper analyzes the status quo of schedule management of power grid infrastructure projects,finds out the reasons for schedule delay,and takes the ZM power grid infrastructure project as an example,stands at the height of the whole process management,applies the critical chain method in the project,thus resolving the grid infrastructure project progress.Degree management.In the course of application,an improved Goldratt method is proposed to determine the buffer zone of the key chain of power grid infrastructure projects.A multi-level key chain oriented to the owner is formed by using the idea of hierarchical management.A dynamic buffer management mechanism is established by using the buffer breakthrough early warning and action decision matrix,and the schedule of power grid infrastructure projects is determined by this mechanism.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.The implementation of the critical chain method in the hierarchical schedule management of power grid infrastructure projects enables the project managers to discover the problems existing in the project schedule in time and rectify the deviation of the project schedule,and to maximize the efficiency of the project participants to play a subjective initiative to ensure the controllability and control of the project schedule. |
