In recent years to make "beautiful and livable,clean and civilized city",the development of human-oriented city,a lot of city function and quality promotion on our municipal infrastructure project construction.Municipal engineering,which is very wide,including cities,roads,Bridges,pipelines,sewage waste disposal and landscaping,etc.,in the implementation of government direct investment primarily,introduced in recent years the EPC project general contracting.Municipal EPC project,restriction factors,including the construction schedule management is especially difficult,although the emphasis,but still using the traditional technology and methods to manage,without considering the resource conflict problem and uncertain factors,has been difficult to adapt to the actual need.So to introduce creative thinking method of critical chain project management mode,integrated to formulate reasonable project schedule,is very important to guarantee period and meet the demand of the parties.This thesis applies the critical chain method,expect to solve resource conflict in municipal EPC project construction schedule and buffer management two big problems.First,the thorough analysis and research of all kinds of influence progress,using parallel heuristic algorithm to remove resource conflict identify key chain;Then,considering the uncertain factors in the project implementation,Roughly determine the time spent in the workflow in the link,and discard some unnecessary time to save time.,using Delphi method to determine important influence coefficient calculation method to improve the buffer size,get a feasible schedule management plan;Finally,using static management thinking and combining with dynamic rolling refinement process management monitoring buffer consumption,to ensure the schedule of the strict execution and time limit for a project is completed.Results show that through the identification of key chain,solve the limited resource constraints,can better supervision and management of the key working procedure,key chain to make more operational schedule control,The overall control of the system is more precise and convenient.The project investment funds are greatly reduced;and the existence of the buffer zone reduces the system risk,convenient project staff scheduling,monitoring and ultimately shorten the total time limit for a project.Visible,the critical chain method in municipal EPC project schedule management optimization has certain actual application value.
