Since the 21 st century,China’s higher education is developing rapidly,The university expands enrollment,and their campus scale increases.According to statistics,There are about 100 college campuses with an area of more than 1,000 mu,and bicycle travel has become an important way for college students to travel on campus.The development of campus bicycles also brings a series of problems such as inadequate planning scale,unreasonable layout and disordered parking,which restrict the development of campus bicycle transportation and affect the service level of campus transportation.Under the background of the basic completion of university informatization construction,this paper innovatively proposes to take the university information system data as the entry point,using the schedule,dormitory and course selection information to get accurate OD of commuting,on this basis,analyze the campus bicycle traffic,the teaching area uses the amount of bicycle usage during peak hours to calculate parking demand,while the dormitory area classifies the parking requirements for self-purchasing bicycles and public bicycles.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,This paper focuses on the research content,and reviews the related research on campus transportation planning and bicycles demand.It is believed that the current research on campus planning rarely considers the traffic characteristics of the bicycle system alone,and often uses historical data or survey analysis methods in demand research.In the bicycles parking demand study,obtaining a more accurate OD is crucial for the calculation of parking demand.Then,according to the integration of the current university information system,this paper uses the student information information of the campus information system,the dormitory information and the student elective information to mine and process,accurately locate the unique time,place and traveler to statistically divide the time OD,screen the distribution of traffic demand during peak hours.At the same time,the Logit model of college campus transportation mode is selected,students’ choice of walking,cycling and campus buses has been surveyed by questionnaire.The Logit model is used to screen the significant factors affecting students’ choice of bicycles.The influence of significant factors on bicycle selection is analyzed in detail.The calculation model predicts the campus bicycle usage rate.Finally,the parking demand is calculated by region.Exploring the starting and ending points of the campus traffic--the characteristics of the teaching area and the dormitory area respectively.For the teaching area,the above-mentioned class time is used to segment the peak to calculate the parking demand.In the dormitory area,the parking needs are calculated by purchasing bicycles and public bicycles in the early,middle and late hours.Taking shenzhen university as an example,excavation and analysis of all undergraduate semester curriculums in the school,more than 200,000 actual traffic data were collected,detailed analysis of the distribution characteristics of traffic demand during each teaching interval,and analysis of traffic demand during the peak period.The calculation model predicts the sharing rate of bicycles for traveling abroad.Based on the information of 2008 students in A dormitory,purchasing bicycles and public bicycles parking needs of Shenzhen University A dormitory are calculated respectively,and the bicycles parking demand measurement was realized in A dormitory area and corresponding teaching area.To sum up,based on the system data of undergraduate courses and accommodation,this paper accurately calculates the traffic volume of commuting and calculates the usage rate of campus bicycle by modeling.The bicycles parking demand of teaching area and dormitory area is calculated and analyzed to provide reference for the planning of bicycles parking on campus.
