Study On The Development Strategy And Spatial Reconstruction Of The Villages On The Urban Fringe Of Baotou Cityual Behavior And Space Research In Traditional Settlements

Villages in urban fringe areas is located in the edge area of city interlaced zone which between urban and rural areas,its experience two different social system transition in the process of development,include the fusion and conflict,city expansion and the village urbanization,as well as the influence of the "double take" in the city and country revitalization policy background,the research on the development of urban fringe area village has very important significance.In this paper,combined with BAOTOU development background.According to the domestic and foreign scholars for the related definition of urban fringe area,delimit the baotou village area.Reasearching the 108 urban fringe area village in BAOTOU.First of all,reasearch the village space layout,population scale,the village land,production and living.Analysing baotou city fringe area village present situation.(1)It is concluded that the spatial structure of villages is dotted,linear and mixed.(2)The population size of marginal villages is between 200 and 2000 people.Some villages are aging seriously,and the composition of village population are complex.(3)mixed distribution of village land within a certain range,industrial land interspersed with construction and village cultivated land and construction land;(4)Secondary and tertiary production takes up a certain proportion of the income pattern of villagers,and the village farming structure changes from traditional grain crops to cash crops of flowers,vegetables and fruits.Secondly,according to the current industrial structure of villages in marginal areas,they are divided into three types of mixed development villages,including modern agriculture-led development,traditional agriculture-led development,mixed industrial development and service industry.Then,through the analysis of the status quo of villages,it is found that there are common problems in the development of villages in urban fringe areas of baotou city,such as disordered land layout,serious population loss,unreasonable industrial structure layout,and unsynchronized urbanization rate.In terms of its industrial development mode,thereare problems such as short village industrial chain,unreasonable industrial layout and pollution of cultivated land.Through the analysis and study of village edge area of baotou city,from the edge of the village status problems and development needs,combining with the reform of the supply side,takes a swallow,different policies,such as community construction movement puts forward edge of baotou village planning reconstruction scheme:(1)reform status quo administrative villages,a top-down planning combined with bottom-up supervision;(2)integrate the elements of the current situation of villages,and build the characteristics of village development by combining history,culture and development status;(3)reconstruct the supply relationship between villages and cities in marginal areas and establish a two-way supply system;(4)extend the village development industry chain,create jobs to attract back population,promote village construction;(5)carry out reasonable zoning planning for village land,and isolate the pollution and interference of production land to villagers' life.Fringe area of village and city construction and the development of rural urbanization forward influence each other,so the longitudinal deepening of rural revitalization and city development has a very important role,in view of the resource-based industrial city,small and medium-sized city fringe area of study is relatively lack,so the article is worthy of more researchers according to different regions,different stages of development to research into the development direction and development mode.
